బతుకమ్మ — పూజా విధానం
- Over nine days, women gather seasonal flowers and arrange them in concentric layers in a flat plate (taat).
- Each evening, women form circles around the bathukamma, sing songs (Bathukamma paatalu), and perform the ritual.
- On the final day (Saddula Bathukamma or Pedda Bathukamma), the bathukamma is carried in procession to a water body.
- The bathukamma is immersed with devotion; women exchange turmeric and kumkum and seek blessings.
- Wear traditional dress (saree or langa voni); prepare and share atukulu (beaten rice) and other prasad.
